Terms and Conditions 

  1. Booking and Payment

    • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payments must be made in advance to secure your spot.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • All bookings are non-refundable. If a client cancels their booking, no monetary refund will be provided.
    • Instead, a voucher equal to the value of the original booking will be issued, which can be used for future activities at any time, subject to availability.

  3. Voucher Terms

    • Vouchers are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed for any surfing activity.
    • Vouchers are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Rescheduling

    • Clients who wish to reschedule their booking may do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  5. Weather Conditions

    • In the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control, activities may be rescheduled. Clients will be notified in advance, and vouchers will remain valid.

  6. Safety and Responsibility

    • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors.
    • Windzone reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who fails to adhere to safety guidelines.

  7. Liability

    • Windzone is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the activities. Clients participate at their own risk.
